THE USED APPROACHES, DOCUMENTATION AND ORGANIZATION OF THE COMMISSIONING ARE THE FUNDAMENTAL FACTORS OF THE SUCCESSFUL VALIDATION WORKS
Commissioning of the objects is performed in accordance with the rules, regulations and other relative documentation valid in the country of the Customer, the ISPE recommendations, Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and our own professional experience.
The start of the works is developing an individual plan, which includes: the description of objects subject to this procedure, the description of the types of work and test procedures, the description of the duties and responsibilities of organizations involved in this process, prepared registration blanks (forms).
Depending on the type of equipment or systems, the scope of work and the way of documentation is agreed. For equipment or systems of critical character requirements for validation activities are taken into account in the process of planning and commissioning works.
Within the scope of commissioning works the following procedures are carried out: calibration of measuring sensors, adjusting equipment and systems, setting alarm limits, individual and complex tests, and many others, ensuring stable operation of the object after its transfer to the Customer.
The result of all the works is the submission of the object to the operating organization with a set of final documentation.
